A little rabbit is picking mushrooms in a forest. A wolf is coming. He is very hungry. “Oh, a little rabbit! This is my favourite food!”
一只小兔子正在森林里采蘑菇,一只狼來(lái)了,他很餓。“哦,一只小兔子!這是我最喜歡的食物!”
The rabbit sees the wolf, but she is not afraid. She pretends to be poisoned by the mushrooms. The wolf thinks, “If I eat her, I will be poisoned, too.” So he goes away.
小兔子看見(jiàn)了狼,但是她并不害怕。她假裝吃蘑菇中毒了。狼想到:“如果我吃了她,我也會(huì)中毒的。”所以他走開了。
Then the rabbit is very happy. She goes on picking the mushrooms.

古時(shí)候,有一個(gè)以為自己很聰明,但是他總是干傻事。
One day, he saw a beautiful bell. It was at the top of a door. “Oh, how nice! I will take it home. ”he said to himself. He thought hard. Then he had a “good” idea. “Aha! I can plug my ears. I will not hear the ring.”
有一天,他看見(jiàn)一個(gè)漂亮的鈴鐺掛在一戶人家的門上頭。“啊,好漂亮!我要把它拿回家去。”他自言自語(yǔ)道。他使勁地想,然后想到了一個(gè)“好”主意。“哈!我把耳朵堵上,就聽(tīng)不到鈴聲了。”
He did so, but the bell rang. The owner opened the door and asked angrily, “What are you doing here?”

Two guys were riding down the street in a car. They come to a red light. The driver runs the redlight. The passenger cries out "Hey, why did you do that?" The driver says, "Don't worry aboutit, my brother does it all the time."
兩個(gè)男人開車前行,路遇一紅燈,司機(jī)呼嘯而過(guò)。乘客大叫:“嘿!你干嗎這樣做?”司機(jī)說(shuō):“別擔(dān)心,我兄弟經(jīng)常這么干。”
They came to another red light, and the same thing happens. The passenger is visibly upsetand threatens to get out of the car the next chance he gets. At the next light, which is green,the driver slams on his brakes and comes to a screeching halt(停).
又遇一紅燈,司機(jī)依舊呼嘯而過(guò)。乘客顯然憤怒了,威脅說(shuō)如果下次再闖紅燈他就下車。路遇一綠燈,司機(jī)猛踩剎車,車子嘎然而止。
The passenger is confused and asks, "What the heck is wrong with you? You ran two redlights but you stop at the green one."
乘客迷惑了,問(wèn)道:“你有病吧?剛才闖了兩個(gè)紅燈,現(xiàn)在綠燈了你倒停了。”
The driver responds: "My brother might be coming from the other way!"
司機(jī)回答:“我兄弟可能會(huì)從那邊過(guò)來(lái)。”
