Whether to use "I" or "me" depends on whether the phrase is the subject of the sentence or the object of the sentence. 

用I還是me取決于它是句子的主語(yǔ)還是賓語(yǔ)。

"I" is a subject pronoun, and the subject is the person or thing doing the action as in "I went to the store." "Me" is an object pronoun, and the object is the person or thing the action happens to as in "Alex liked me." 

I是主語(yǔ)代詞，主語(yǔ)是發(fā)出動(dòng)作的人或物，如I went to the store。而Me是一個(gè)賓語(yǔ)代詞，賓語(yǔ)是動(dòng)作發(fā)生對(duì)象，如Alex likes Me。

Use "you and I" when it is the subject of the sentence; use "you and me" when it is the object of the sentence. Here are some example sentences with "you and I" as the subject, doing the action:

作為句子的主語(yǔ)時(shí)，用you和I；作為句子的賓語(yǔ)時(shí)，用you和me。這里有一些使用you and I，也就是作為句子主語(yǔ)的例句，由“你和我”發(fā)出動(dòng)作

??You and I are going to be late.

你和我要遲到了。
