“小三”最常用的表達(dá)是"mistress"， "lady friend"，"the other woman"，和"home wrecker"。當(dāng)然考慮到小三不一定都是女生，男小三也可以用"the other man"或“home wrecker”來表達(dá)。
mistress 情婦
一個男人(通常是已婚男人的)mistress是指與他有固定性關(guān)系但不是他妻子的女人

He has a mistress in Paris.
他在巴黎有個情婦。
lady friend
通常作為委婉語使用，或者在情況不明時作為一種保守的表達(dá)

the other woman/man
與已婚男人發(fā)生關(guān)系的人

“出軌”就是我們俗稱的“腳踏兩條船”，也即“劈腿”，可以用兩種英文句式來表達(dá)：
