I would like to know if you have availability？
我想知道你們還有空房嗎？
availability n. 可用，可用性
不論通過電話、還是當(dāng)面詢問，酒店的服務(wù)員首先會說：
How may I help you?
我有什么可以幫你的嗎?
你可以直接問：我想知道你們還有空房嗎?而這句話在實際生活中有下面4種表達方式：
1. I would like to know if you have availability?
2. Do you have any free rooms?
3. Do you have any rooms available?
4. Do you have any vacancies?
What date you expect to check in？
您預(yù)計哪天入住呢？
詢問酒店是否有空房，對方首先會向你確認入住時間：
What date you expect to check in?
您預(yù)計哪天入住呢?
在回答時要提供自己的入住日期，當(dāng)然預(yù)計會住幾天也最好一并告知?？梢赃@樣說：
I want to check in on August 9th，I ll be there for XX nights.
我8月9號入住，預(yù)計會住XX晚。
其他常用口語：
辦理入住手續(xù)：check in
離開酒店：check out
前臺：reception desk
房間服務(wù)：room service
洗衣服服務(wù)：laundry service
歐式早餐：continental breakfast 簡單的早餐，包括咖啡、果汁、牛奶、面包等。
WiFi密碼：WiFi password
